Legal Notice, Trademark Notice, and Non-Affiliation Statement

The National Federation of Middle School Sports, also known as NFMSS, is an independent organization created to support, promote, and advance middle school athletics.

NFMSS is dedicated to student-athletes in grades six through eight and serves schools, athletic directors, coaches, officials, parents, and communities through organized athletic opportunities, recognition programs, championship pathways, education-based athletics, leadership development, and middle school sports resources.

NFMSS is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, controlled by, operated by, or officially connected to the National Federation of State High School Associations, NFHS, any NFHS member state association, or any other athletic association unless such relationship is expressly confirmed in writing by NFMSS.

Any reference to third-party organizations, associations, schools, leagues, athletic bodies, platforms, sponsors, or governing entities is for informational or identification purposes only. Such reference does not imply endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or partnership.

The names National Federation of Middle School Sports and NFMSS, along with NFMSS logos, designs, slogans, program names, championship names, event titles, digital content, written materials, and related brand assets, are owned, used, or claimed by The National Federation of Middle School Sports. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, sold, or used without prior written permission.
