NFMSS in Florida
National Standards for Florida Middle School Sports
NFMSS partners with Florida schools and districts to bring a single, consistent national framework to middle school athletics, covering safety, eligibility, coach education and championship competition for grades 6 through 8.
Why NFMSS
Why Florida Schools Choose NFMSS
Florida's 67 counties each operate as their own school district, covering everything from dense urban systems to small rural counties. NFMSS gives every one of those districts a single national framework for middle school athletics: the same safety requirements, eligibility standards and competition structure, regardless of a district's size or existing athletic infrastructure.
